L1FT

​L1FT Strength & Condition is designed to build a solid and healthy body. Smart, safe, and progressive movements ensure no fitness level is left behind. L1FT modifiable workouts involve high repetitions of relatively low weights (bar and weight plates or dumbbells), which reduces the chance of injury but still allows you to access the many benefits of resistance training.

MIND-BODY FUSION

Monday & Wednesday - 4:30 PM MST

Join us for a dynamic 50-minute class that blends yoga's grace with Pilates's core-strengthening techniques. Flow through fluid yoga sequences to enhance flexibility and balance, then engage in Pilates-inspired exercises to build core strength and improve posture. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling revitalized and centered.

R1DE

R1DE is a 30-minute beat-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on a bike. It blends boutique cycling and performance riding's best parts into a single class. R1DE is designed for everyBODY and every level of cyclist and non-cyclist alike.

TRX

Tuesday & Thursday - 4:30 PM MST

TRX is short for total body resistance exercise and uses suspension training for a complete, full-body workout. Suspension training is for everyone, uses simple equipment, and provides effective workouts. All you need is a Suspension Trainer (TRX or one purchased from an online retailer) and your body weight.

CARD1O

CARD1O combines the Smart High-Intensity Interval Training of BL1TZ, the mixed martial arts and high-intensity functional training of STR1KE, and the modern take of classic step aerobics functionality of R1ZE and fuses them into one unique class. No two CARD1O classes are the same, and each will leave you balanced, agile, and leaving class on a fitness high!
